Where's my order?
All packages are typically despatched within 1-2 days of your order and then renewed on your anniversary order date. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will look into it for you.
Which books will be included in the package?
We hand pick books based on the book category chosen. The books are selected from our extensive range of over 500,000 titles in Leicestershire based warehouse. Each delivery will consist of different titles based on your preferred category.
What if I receive a book I already own?
No sweat! Simply get in touch with us and we will happily swap it out for you.
I'm gifting, can I get a gift message so the recipient knows to expect a book box?
Yes of course! We can provide a PDF for you to print off/forward to the recipient and include in a greeting card. Simply email us with your order number & gift message & our customer service will provide you with a PDF gift message!
I'm buying for Christmas, can I get the box delayed if I buy now?
Yes no issue at all. When you click the "Checkout" button, you will see a pop-up asking if you'd like to Delay Christmas Despatch. You can choose to delay the box to be sent for the first week of December or first week of January. We'll then get the first box sent accordingly.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! The first box can be gift wrapped with our kraft patterned design and placed securely into a separate shipping box for safe arrival. When you click the "Checkout" button, you will see a pop-up asking if you'd like to add Gift Packaging.
What's included in a box?
With every book subscription box, we include your preferred genre of book and number of books along with a literary postcard, bookmark, your preferred drink choice and some tasty biscuits. Stay tuned on our social media channels for added extras and competitions.
How do I change my order mid-way through subscription?
You can simply do this online via the My Account section or contact us and we will happily do that for you.
How easy is it to cancel?
You can cancel any monthly subscription at any time from the My Account section or contact us and we will cancel it for you. You can also pause your subscription at any time if you need to take a break. All prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable. Any issues, please reach out to us & we will be able to help.
Do you also offer international delivery?
YES! We have now launched our international service and can ship to the following destinations.
Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Spain
USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand

What are your international delivery times?
Delivery into Europe typically takes between 6-10 business days from date of despatch.
To USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand will take between 10-17 business days from date of despatch.
Why am I being charged VAT at checkout?
This only applies to international customers. We are able to ship to EU using the International One Stop Shop (IOSS) service and are required by law to collect corresponding VAT dependent on your destination. We are pleased to say you will not therefore be landed with any other customs fees. The price you pay at checkout is the total price!
