Refund & Returns Policy
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
-
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
-
In its original packaging with any tags attached (where applicable).
-
Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
To request a return, please submit a return request through your customer account or contact us at sales@teatimebookshop.co.uk.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Returns sent without first requesting authorisation may not be accepted.
If you have any questions about returns, please contact sales@teatimebookshop.co.uk.
EU Consumers – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you (other than the carrier), receives the final item in your order.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal by:
-
Using the electronic withdrawal function available within your customer account (where available); or
-
Contacting us at sales@teatimebookshop.co.uk with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send you confirmation of receipt without undue delay.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Unless the goods are faulty or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We will reimburse all payments received for the returned goods, including the original standard delivery charges where required by applicable law, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
